I am requesting all of you please do not carry out personal attacks . You should check twice what you are going to write before you make a final post here .

We are always trying to provide an atmosphere here where any of us can feel comfortable participating in any discussion. If a thread is too lame for you or you are too lame for discussion in a thread and you cannot find something constructive to say, then just leave it. As this is a open forum and we do not moderate any post , you are only as sensible as your last post. So behave properly and maintain dignity here .

Let me put this way, if any further use of foul language and personal attack in any thread of this entire forum, will make that thread locked for ever and indiscriminate ban will be done .

Calling all Moderators, Feel free to report any thread to me for a possible lock and and you are given free hand to issue bans .( no need to ask me for confirmation )
