Having got their test status in 2000, Bangladesh was invited to play test series against each and every country except their nearest and dearest neighbor India.

Though there was scheduled tour designed by ICC to play test in India, BCCI, the cricket control board of India tactfully denied it by showing various reasons.

However, do you want to know the real reason?

Indian Cricket Board never invited Bangladesh Cricket Team to their soil because they believe- it will not be economically beneficial to arrange matches with Bangladesh!

Now, India in 2007 World Cup are depending on Bangladesh's defeat on their last match against Bermuda- whether they will back to the "Delhi airport" or go to "Antigua & Barbuda" to play the first match at super eight stage!

What an irony of fate!!
