# What is KS$? What is the advantage?

- On some of the select activities at the forum, a member is awarded points i.e KS$. These points keep accumulating in his/her account and they can be redeemed against some forum privileges and some other goodies.

# How do I earn KS$ and how many do I earn?

- You gain KS$ mostly by posting, so the more you post, the more "points i.e. KS$" you get!

# How do I redeem KS$?

- Have a look at the available prizes in Forum Store. You can buy those items against your KS$.

# What is Forum Store and how do I access it.

-Forum Store is a virtual shop which allows you to "purchase" items such as cuatom avatar upload, profile picture, post count, etc... that your usergroup would otherwise be ineligable to use. Apart from this you will be able to get some real stuff very soon. To access it please click on Forum store Menu at top link bar

# What products/goodies are available for redemption? What's their value?

- Please have a look at Forum Store for a list of products/goodies with their respective costs (in KS$).


# I dont like your products. Is there anything else available?

- Everything that is available has already been made public and available at Forum Store. There are no secret products. However, we intend to keep adding new things. So keep checking the list every now and then. Additionally, we will also announce in the forum about changes in the product list.

# I don't have enough KS$ to get the product I want. What options are available to me?

- You have two options. Collect more points by posting more or ask toher members so that they can donate KS$ or trade your own items at Marketplace for KS$.

# How do I donate KS$ to someone ?

- To donate someone KS$, please either that person's Profile and click on 'Donate' OR in view post , just under the username of that member, click on 'Donate' and follow on screen instrcution.

# How do I check my KS$ statement ?

- You can have this just under your username, in post view or You can also click on Forum Store Menu to have the statement

# What is KS$Bank

- KS$Bank is a virtual bank where you can deposit your unused KS$ to earn some interest on total number of KS$.


# Can I sell KS$ to another member?

- Yes you can Sell /Donate / Trade for it. We dont monitor that

# I want to become an Administrator/Moderator at Forum. Can I redeem my KS$ for it or make a donation to Forum for it?

- No. We are not selling administrator or moderator rights in return for KS$ or cash.

# I have a problem/query and it isn't answered here. Whom can I ask?

- Post your queries at our Helpdesk. Make sure you give complete details in order to get the best possible response.
