We presently don't allow to host or upload files directly on forum (although we have plans to avail this in near future). You can though attach images and document or pdf file with your post any time.
You can upload videos to Youtube.com and google video. then you can share the link with us. and for any other type of file you can use esnips.com then you can share the link or the folder. hope this helps.If you have any further queries then do write over here...
