How to do anything?

Dear Administrator,

I had sent a message 3 days back requesting for help on

1. How to start a thread?
2. Whether I am at all allowed to do that

No response till date. Normally how long it takes you to reply?

Which are the restricted and unrestricted sections / sites ( on Post count basis - what is the logic of restriction on Post count basis in the first place? ), what are the minimum post counts for various sites?

In a restircted section / site, is it possible to particiapte at all? If yes, only to reply? or browse ? Isn't there any other way of expressing thoughts for new users?

My Account page e 2 to option dekhachhe. 1) Send New Messages - Amar mone hoi eta amar kaj e lagbe na. Kenona a) Ami to Private message pathate chai na, b) Karur email ID amar jana nei. Mone hoi (Name) Autocomplete facility tao ekhane nei (thekeo labh hoto na, keno na amar naam jana nei karo.

2) Dwitiyo option ta hoi to kaj hote pare. Start New thread bole kichhu ekta dekhachhe. Apni ki bolte paren - Ami jodi kono ekta natun thread shuru korte chai, seta ekhan theke kora jabe ki na?

Tobe Site navigation ta kintu thik jolobot noi ! Hoi to ar ektu somoy lagbe ! Ta laguk, kaj ta kintu khub bhalo korechhen apnara !
